Peach pie

I was in the mood to bake today. And peach pie sounded nice.
In this case it's a peach, raisin from a simple recipe from Mark Bittman's "How to Cook Everything". I had a piece for an afternoon snack and it was heaven. I'm thinking the next time I make this I'll add a splash of bourbon...yum.
